For a general overview of your customer profile, the dashboard serves as a one-stop shop to check on your samples, orders and dunnage. Our order tracker gives you a real-time update on your delivery status. And our lead-time indicator is updated on the daily to help you with logistical planning.
Our gallery allows you to upload artwork for your sample cans and orders. Once we’ve processed it and you’ve approved it, select your file and place your order at a time that suits you - our portal is open all day, all night! Are you submitting multiple files at once for sampling? Save time by approving your samples one by one.
Each company within the portal can accommodate multiple users. This transforms our portal into an internal workspace between you and your co-workers. Personalize each order with your own PO number. Upload multiple artwork files to your gallery, then collectively agree on the design you’d like to sample. Multiple users means multiple eyes on the prize, which allows you to design, order, pay for and track your cans together. Go, team!
